This crazy girl is two years old today. The week has been a little stressful, but it was nice to take a few moments just for her to celebrate her birthday. She prepared for her birthday dinner by baking her birthday cake with Grandma.
She picked what she wanted to wear - a new dress fresh from the mail, sent from her aunt in California.
We sat down to eat a few of Jaime's favorite things - sausage, spanish rice and strawberries.
She decided she'd like the honor of serving everyone else and thoroughly enjoyed herself.
We finished up with some Zucchini chocolate cake and fruit leather, a special treat.
Can't believe she's already two years old!
Now if she'd just stop saying "done bah bah" (that she's 'done' with the 'baby') and stop making this face...
...things would be going a lot smoother around here. As my mom well said, she's been practicing being 2 years old for months.

Funny thing, we have the same outfit for both my girls, the stripey orange/coral one. Love it!
