4th of July

This 4th of July was SO fun!  On the 3rd we went with Bryce and Michelle to the Freedom Fetival on Center St. We had fun seeing a hypnotist show, doing some shopping and tasting some great food, and the kids were so cute as usual.  Later, we had them over for pizza and a movie, which I slept through.  Blame it on the pregnancy I guess... This is a picture of Julia, their youngest.The 4th was family time with my immediate family.  My sisters and their families drove up from California and Vegas to be here, which was a rare treat.  We got up, had some breakfast with everyone, went swimming with them, took naps, had a family BBQ and then watched and set off fireworks together!  It was fun, and Justin took the entire day off!  One of my favorite parts was buying a new swimsuit.  I don't really fit into my old one, so we went hunting for maternity suits.  I ended up buying this shade swimsuit that isn't technically maternity, but seemed to adjust just fine for a pregnant belly.  I'm super excited to wear it at Justin's family reunion coming up soon!  Here are some pictures of the family on the 4th.

In other news, Justin finally saw the baby kick!  He still can't feel it, probably because she is still small and not very strong, but he saw my belly jerking as she was kicking on Sunday afternoon.  I was so happy to finally share that with him!  It's amazing to think that it's a totally separate individual inside of me.  She chooses on her own when and how hard to kick.  Even though that may sound very simple, I awe at the thought of it.
